- If your pup is going to be dropped off before 8:30 am and picked up at 6:30 or later, making it a 10 hour day or longer, then a day of daycare will be added to your bill.
- Prior to confirming your pup’s vacation with K9 Adventure Land, a Meet & Greet (hyperlink) is required to be sure your pup will get along with my pack, including my 2 cats.
- Prior to your pup exiting your car at K9 Adventure Land, they must be wearing a flat Quick Release Collar (hyperlink) with id tags. Pinch collars, choke collars, collars with buckles, martingales, and any other training collars must be removed for the safety of the dogs.
The following is a list of items to pack in your pup's suitcase for their fun filled vacation.
- Meals with supplements & vitamins pre portioned out
- A favorite toy
- Something that smells like home such as a dog bed
- Medicine
- Food bowl
- Favorite training type treats
- Toothbrush & toothpaste (if you would like your pup’s teeth to get brushed)
- Life Jacket (if your pup is very well behaved, very water friendly and you are OK if your pup goes kayaking with me)
- For the dogs that have a bowl of dry kibble on the floor all day long for them at home, please pack 1 large can of wet food (the same kind as their kibble)
Bedtime
- Puppies that are not yet house broken will sleep in their own private suite with a small bowl of fresh water (unless you request without water), and their favorite toy.
- Dogs that have a hard time with stairs will enjoy a nice cozy night sleep downstairs for their safety with multiple large, memory foam dog beds as well as a big comfy couch. They will have access to the walled-in backyard whenever they desire through a doggy door.
- All other dogs will be able to sleep wherever they please from the super comfy, large memory foam dog beds, to the couch, the big comfy chair, and yes my super comfy, king size memory foam bed with me.

Breakfast is served in everyone’s private suite for the safety of all the animals, in slow feeders for those that will use them. The energetic dogos go for a morning trot using Gentle Leaders (hyperlink) and , Easywalk Harnesses (hyperlink)
Puppies and non energetic dogs go for a casual sniff morning walk. Puppies can’t go for super long walks or trots without causing damage prior to their growth plates closing. Then the pups can enjoy some good R & R wherever they please or if they so choose, let playtime begin. There are dog gates up throughout the house to help control the excitement when necessary.
The backyard is great for zoomies, a dip in the kiddy pool, or to lie on some mats and catch some rays. Those pups who get lunch, will be fed lunch at the same time & in their personal suites. All suites come with a comfy, memory foam bed or mat unless your dog has their own or if they eat them, fresh water, and a toy.
The dogs play all day, inside, outside, and then nap when they feel sleepy. All dogs learn about the treat dispenser (aka Fridge) that dispenses only healthy treats such as frozen string beans, sweet potato slices, carrots, along with tuna and chicken flavored ice cubes. For the safety of the dogs, I do not ever take them to the dog park.
